Bare Pumps
Are ideal for quick and easy replacements of failed equipment. New Bare Pumps normally come with a standard 1-year warranty. Pressure lubricated pumps normally have oil pumps built in for forced lubrication and they are normally rated for 100% duty cycle operations. Splash lubricated pumps are normally rated for 60 to 75% duty cycle operations.
Climate Control Compressors
The Lubricated Climate Control Air Compressors are designed to provide a source of air to power pneumatic HVAC systems. All lubricated air compressors feature high quality construction and components, reliable operation and an ASEME rated receiver tank that includes an ASME rated safety relief valve for overpressure protection. In addition, all air compressors are equipped with an auxiliary cooling fan and air control shroud to achieve low head temperatures. An unloading feature is included on all models to provide loadless starting. Oilless Air Compressors (Basemount/Simplex/Duplex Styles)
These Oilless Air Compressors offer advanced compressor technology through the development of a completely oilless unit. Units are available in single or two stage models. Continuously lubricated, sealed bearings provide oilless (free) compressed air and long compressor life. Our units offer an onboard fan, finned flywheel and temperature reducing composite piston, which creates lower operating temperatures. Our oilless reciprocating compressor pistons are made of a high strength self-lubricating composite using the most advanced technology available. These heat-reducing pistons eliminate the effect of excessive grease leakage at the wrist pin bearing. Teflon rings reduce wear and provide self-lubrication. Oilless Scroll Air Compressors
Oilless rotary scroll air compressors offer advanced scroll compressor technology through the development of a completely oilless unit. The scroll compressor offers a dynamically balanced air end, which insures vibration free operation. The rotary design permits a continuous 100% duty cycle. No oil separation, oil filtration, or inlet valves are required. These units are very quite and have been known to be installed near the point of use. Reciprocating/Piston Air Compressors
Our Reciprocating Air Compressors are either single or two stage units. Single stage compressors aremachines in which compression from initial to final pressure is complete in a single step or stage, normallyoperating around 100-PSIG. Two-stage compressors are machines in which compression from initial to final pressure is completed in two distinct steps or stages, normally operating around 175-PSIG. Reciprocating units are either Pressure or Splash lubricated systems. Pressure lubricated pumps normallyhave oil pumps built in for forced lubrication and they are normally rated for 100% duty cycle operations.Splash lubricated pumps are normally rated for 60 to 75% duty cycle operations. Rotary Screw Air Compressors (Lubricated)
Lubricated Rotary Screw air compressors are designed for 100% duty cycle operation. Our units can be supplied with many options. Air or water cooled, 200/230/460 or 576-volt, 50 or 60 hertz. NEMA-1, 4, or 7 control panels, ODP, TEFC or Explosion proof motors, VFD, Load/No Load, or Modulation Inlet control methods. Ideal for manufacturing facilities.
Rotary Screw Air Compressors (OilFree)
Oilfree rotary screw air compressors offer non-lubricated technology for critical applications. The rotors are normally Teflon coated with lubricated gears.
